DEVELOPMENT PERMITS
For development and/or construction.

An Application for Discretionary Project (ADP) permit is required for any development and/or construction on Port of Los Angeles property.

All applicants must submit the required applications (Forms #407, #408 and #410). Supplemental applications (Forms #409 and/or #411) may be required for proposed projects that involve ground invasive activity, such as trenching, dredging, boring, grading, or excavating, or the handling, transportation, or storage of hazardous materials and/or waste.

PROPERTY-USE REQUEST PERMITS
For temporary use of Port property.

Application for Permit to Use Port Property
Required for all applicants who are seeking a new permit or an amendment to an existing permit to occupy Port property.

Application for Temporary Entry and Use of Port Property (TEUPs)
Required for all applicants who are seeking short-term use or right of entry to Port property. This temporary use may include special events, environmental testing, police training, parking, storage and staging areas for construction.
